I have been going to massage therapy for over 20 years for chronic pain issues. Having just moved to Kingston, it took me some time to find the perfect fit for me. I finally found it! I have been so happy with Martha’s technique. She eases into the massage by working on fascia then uses pressure appropriate to the muscle and type of adhesion/muscle knot/tightness being worked (medium to firm pressure). She is capable of pinpointing even deeper and more obscure muscle groups and clearly knows her stuff. She has a location that feels safe, maintains privacy, and is very professional. I recommend her without hesitation for people with chronic pain or who just need a good massage!
