Love the staff. The aquatic therapy with Jenna is just what the doctor ordered. She is super nice. She has a pleasant attitude and she is a great listener. I couldn"t ask for a better therapist. The land therapy with Matt and Joe is always fun. They make you laugh with their stories and jokes. I look forward to going as my condition has improved and they have helped me greatly. If you want quality therapy and fun at the same time, this is the place to be.

I recently started neck therapy after an unknown injury, and the experience has been incredibly positive. My doctor referred me a list of places, but I got to pick Baystate Physical Therapy at Westbororough, and I didn’t regret i. From the very first session, I noticed a significant improvement in my neck mobility and a reduction in tension and pain. Secretary was very nice and patient, The therapists (Jessie and Killian) were professional, knowledgeable, and patient too, taking the time to understand my specific concerns and tailor each session to my needs. The techniques used were gentle yet effective, helping to release stiffness and improve circulation. Each visit leaves me feeling lighter, more relaxed, and able to move with greater ease. I truly appreciate the consistent care and encouragement throughout the process. Only in the second week there was great improvement , This therapy has not only relieved my discomfort but also improved my posture and overall well-being. I highly recommend physical therapy to anyone dealing with pain, tightness, or stress in any body parts ; it’s been a game changer for me.
