We have 3 goldendoodles. We’ve been going to Banfield Animal Hospital for over 3 yrs. Their Countryside location is great. The people there are friendly and helpful and they are really nice to our dogs. Our dogs are friendly but they are pretty energetic and I know they can be a handful. Don’t be fooled by this adorable picture of them sitting so nicely. I’ve been very pleased with the service provided by the Countryside Banfield.

Every time my pet (Ryder) has an appointment they notify me and I can set up the appointment through the app, it’s so easy to use and self explanatory. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and Ryder feels so comfortable (even though she eats all their treats.) They explain everything and always give you options to the outcome of things.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I moved here from Wisconsin a couple of months ago with my two cats and puppy and they walked me through all the after care and answered all of my questions with a smile! Definitely would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Took my cat there once and it's impossible to get an appointment afterward when you have an emergency. Do not recommend this place. The countryside hospital charges similiar and you get an appt immediately.
