Houston did a good job, according to my wife; I could not stay with him since I was medically NOT well. In the final analysis, Houston's quality of job depends on the resultant result. It is too early to give a report without seeing the result. So be patient and call me in 3-4 weeks for a better report.

Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Accountability! I have never experienced such poor customer service from a company before. I have contacted this company multiple times over several weeks regarding an issue with my contract, and despite assurances from their representatives that my concerns would be escalated and addressed, I have not received any response. My initial request was simple: I reported unsatisfactory service from a technician and asked for an alternative. Instead of resolving the issue, the company decided to cancel my account without consulting me, leaving me in limbo. I have repeatedly called to get clarity on the situation, but no one has bothered to follow up. On top of that, I’ve been waiting since October for a re-spay (as they promised on the contract) , which has yet to arrive. This level of negligence and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the company is now implying I could be charged a cancellation fee for an account they unilaterally froze! If you’re considering doing business with this company, think twice. They lack professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for their customers’ time and concerns. I will not be recommending them to anyone and will be exploring other options for service.

***ths owner responds very quickly to fix any issues. Though I will not continue with this company their customer service is great. However it is still misunderstood what the real issue is. Which is A. When someone says they personally will come out to do a job and instead send someone else, that makes me lose trust in a company. Who I talked to in person is not who came out to do the job. NOTE: I talked to and signed up for trial with tech A early in the morning and informed him I would not be home at time of service-when time of service came tech B came out and after finishing left before anyone came home to the house. B. When they say they will clean off/spray for all exterior webs and pest nuisance so my husband and I will be impressed by their service only to come home and see nothing has been touched and only sprayed, no biggie but again doesn’t lead me to trust the company C. If a part of the service was not completed due to me not being home, which I did communicate ahead of time, I don’t expect that service to be listed in the “areas serviced” section on my receipt. That tells me they just go do what they can and charge full price whether full price work was done or not. It’s an issue of honesty and transparency. Typically a company will list the areas serviced correctly and then note areas unable to attain or service rejected requesting another appointment to get those missed areas. Not the company for us, but the owner is very helpful ************************************************** Guys wouldn’t stop soliciting so gave them a chance, said $25 for initial service as like a trial thing and there after we could call them out for further service if everything went well on our own account. Initial trial sucked, nothing was touched. They claimed to have treated the interior base boards according to the service documents but no one was home when they treated so I know that was a lie and they just routinely charge instead of charging for actual work done. Also we now have to cancel because there is no “trial” and they just sign you up. Guy ringing doorbells is not the same guy who comes out and does the work which was another lie we were told..
