I took my dog to Lori for grooming. He is very fluffy and was shedding a lot. She did such a great job! She was patient and gentle with him since he was really nervous. The facility is clean and well maintained. They did a great job of keeping dogs separated so there was no potential aggression. The price was very reasonable too. We’ll definitely return!

We took our two pups to Green Acres for the first time after reading great reviews. The place looked clean and organized, but it felt more like a state-run shelter than a warm, caring boarding facility. We were told we could bring beds and toys, but when I picked them up, both dogs were lying on bare concrete — no beds, no blankets — because they “didn’t want them to get muddy.” Both of my dogs have hip issues, and that was heartbreaking to see. I received no updates all weekend, even after texting twice, and when I picked them up, no one offered any information on how they did. The staff seemed cold and uninterested, and my dogs looked terrified and stressed. They did the bare minimum — kept them fed and alive — but there was no care, no compassion, and definitely no customer service. For $290, I expected at least a photo, an update, or some kindness. Do I think they were abused? No. Do I think they were treated like “just dogs”? Absolutely. If you truly love your pets and want them cared for like family, I’d look elsewhere. Your dogs deserve better than a cold cell and a staff that acts like they don’t want to be there.

Great place to board your dogs! We have 2 chihuahuas, and both time we have left them there, they were just the same when we picked them up. We had a bad experience with a different kennel where when we got them back, they were all skiddish and different for a few days. I felt very sad for them. So I am stoked I found a place that returns them happy and normal! The owners are very kind and friendly too! They have outdoor spaces where the dogs can run. Very reasonably priced too. Great place for your pups! 🐕

Nice facility. I like how the kennels are split. Half inside with a/c and half outside facing to interact with the other dogs. Everything was clean and the people were nice. Found out later they also offer grooming services
