Granite bar top installed wrong. Bar top fell off was no glue under it at all. Caulking held it up. When i had a real granite place come give me a estimate they said it was the worst install they saw. The seam looked like it was super glued together. Wouldn't let these bums build me a bird house. Thank God it wasn't my house, but people should know they use anyone to build these homes. Overpriced garbage. Another thing is they have had to replace half if not more than half of the new houses in hillsboroughs community floors because the installation was so bad. They tried to blame the subcontractor, of course. All reality it's there job maybe not use the cheapest labor then overcharged people.

Anthony and Todd in the Conway Wild Wing office have been courteous and attentive throughout the entire process. Home completion date is on time and the final product is amazing. This is the 2nd home we are purchasing with Great Southern Homes. Thanks GSH for making it a smooth transition for me and my family.

We purchased a former model home. Many outlets do not work, sloppy painting, too many deficiencies to list, and the HVAC system was not properly installed which resulted in a fire on the main connections panel that melted wires and very easily could have caused a major fire due to using wiring too small for the unit. In addition, after residing here a year, the HVAC system needs to be replaced along with the ductwork due to improper soldering that caused the system to leak condensation all through the ductwork.GSH does not stand behind their work. The sales office will tell you what you want to hear but will not follow through. We were very disillusioned with the initial tour of the home and thinking it looked “perfect” until we moved in and really noticed the shoddy craftsmanship.We could not and would not recommend this builder to others in good conscience!

I would not buy a home from them if they were the last home builder on earth. Strong letter to follow. We went into contract with them. I am so sorry we did. The devil would have treated us better. Good luck
