Hello to all of you Google review readers! I wanted to jump on here and talk about a company I just had an excellent experience with: Great Southern Exterminating. Donna, the owner, came out to a very difficult little property I own in Darien that was once knee deep in termites and other wood destroying insects. Unlike other exterminating companies that I had look at the place, Donna didn't tell me she couldn't help—she told me that not only could she take care of all the issues present, but also that when the work was done, she would issue a lifetime treat & repair bond! THAT is what standing by your work looks like, folks. I am beyond impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of Donna and her crew. I very highly recommend Great Southern Exterminating, Inc.

I never do this but I had some of the worst customer service with this company. I understand what I was asking was something that they could not do. But if I am not being rude then there is no reason for them to be rude. I'm moving and I have dealt with nothing but terrible customer service except for All My sons moving company they have been wonderful. I'm just tired of it and I think that this is what this is for, to remind customer service Representatives that their job is to listen and be nice until they are disrespected and then I believe that they should absolutely be able to take out for their self.

The customer service when scheduling was great, but I'm overall unhappy with the quality of the product. I had the interior sprayed, and within a week, I was watching bugs walk right where they had sprayed. When the tech came to the house, it was raining, so we didn't have the opportunity to do an outdoor spray. I called and scheduled the outside spray with no issues but was surprised to see them spray using the same device they used inside on my outdoor windows and doors. I was referred to this company by a friend who has used them for years without any issues, but they don't seem to have the same quality of product as another company I previously used at a different location.
