Purchased a used 2011 C232 skid steer with 1800 hours. Was informed that the machine was job site ready and it definitely wasn’t. I’n the first 6 hours the machine shut off on me with code 3028. The machine was losing oil and it was determined the crankshaft seal was bad and needed replaced. So I had it replaced and still having issues with the machine shutting off. This machine has not been gone through and was not job site ready. Stay away from this dealer! Very disappointed. UPDATE: After reading the reply from the dealer to say the least I am very disappointed! He did reach out to me and after talking he stated they probably should have done a better job of explaining every part of the piece of equipment since I was so far away. I understand that I bought this machine as is but the issues should have been explained! He informed me if I needed any assistance in the future to let him know. We’ll assistance in the future doesn’t help me out with the problems I have right now! Had he offered to pay for some parts that I had to install on this machine, my review would have been very different, but he didn’t and I figured that I would drop it and deal with the cards I have in front of me. That was until I read his response in here. We are no longer in communication to fix the issues. That is not true. It makes me very upset that he would put this comment on here to try and reassure his future customers that he is gonna do something for me. I explained in detail yesterday the issues and things that should have been informed to me prior to the sale in which he agreed! I come on here and see that he is playing this card, which is fine! Will never ever receive business from me again!
