I booked a consultation with this lawyer and paid $350 for what was supposed to be a 30-minute session. The entire consultation lasted barely 10 minutes. Despite filling out an intake form beforehand, he seemed to have no idea who I was or what my case was about. Instead of providing any personalized advice, he spent most of the time talking about his past success stories, answering calls, and having office staff come in and out. He told me I could "easily" get my visa without knowing anything about my situation. At the end, he asked me to send my resume and additional documents, promising a detailed follow-up plan for my application. It’s now been over three weeks — I have received absolutely nothing. I had to resend my documents because the office first claimed they didn’t receive them, only to then confirm they had them but still offered no further communication or service. Save your time and money. I thankfully found a much better, professional lawyer who actually cares.

The lawyer personally reached out to my husband, offered a sincere apology for what happened, and fully refunded our consultation fee. I appreciate that he offered a solution and showed genuine sincerity in wanting to resolve the issue. ————————————————————————— Very disappointed with their service. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. My husband scheduled a call with the lawyer, and first, the lawyer didn’t honor the scheduled time—he suddenly postponed it from 5:00 PM to 5:20 PM, which forced my husband to reschedule his own client. Then, when the lawyer finally called, the conversation lasted only 5 minutes before he hung up on us. For a $350 consultation fee, all we received was 5 minutes of conversation, during which the lawyer was clearly talking to others in the background. We were cut off with all our questions unanswered. We emailed and called the office to address what happened. No response to the email, and when I called, his assistant told me, “If the call can be answered in 5 minutes, why does it need to last longer?” The issue is—we never even got the chance to ask all our questions before he hung up. He then told me I would have to call again the next day to reschedule the meeting. Thankfully, we found a trustworthy lawyer who was able to take our case right away. I can’t imagine how this unprofessional firm could handle anyone’s case properly.
