I had a deeply disappointing experience at Dr. Jeffrey’s office in Decatur. During my recent visit, the nurse asked me to list all of my medications even though I had already completed the online check-in and confirmed them beforehand. I did my best to recall them, but when I couldn’t remember one, she became visibly frustrated and unprofessional. She had no laptop, no tablet, not even a printed record to verify anything I said which is incredibly concerning for a medical office. Instead of assisting or offering any solution, the situation escalated, and Dr Jeffrey went straight into defense mode for the nurse without even asking about my concerns or to gain understanding about the interaction with his nurse. I am highly disappointed in him and he missed an opportunity to model the proper behavior for his staff. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who expects professionalism, empathy, or a standard level of care. If you value being treated with respect and want your provider to operate with basic efficiency and accountability, this is not the place.

I've seen two practitioners here and both were absolutely wonderful. As a plus size woman, I appreciate that they listened to me and did not immediately jump to weight loss as my only option. I feel heard and I feel like these practitioners are on my team. Front desk is also extremely helpful! Thank you for being kind. Will absolutely continue being a patient here.

I actually had a great experience at this location. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Daniels and her nurse/assistant(?) was very nice! I went for a physical and got my bloodwork done and I was in and out in an hour. Definitely recommend
