I have had a very good experience with CBI Health for physiotherapy treatment by Lijy the manager there. I have had a pleasant experience too with Sarah the front desk receptionist who has helped me with making appointments even with a tight schedule myself. The whole team there really cares of their clients to be healed and live productive lives.

Who Cares

Lijy and her staff at CBIHealth, Richmond Hill have treated me for the past 6 months after my total knee replacement. Because of her knowledge and technique, I have been able to attain a high degree of flex which few people have accomplished at my stage. She and her staff work closely together to help and encourage patients achieve their goals. The atmosphere in the clinic is one of high professionalism. I’m happy to give my highest recommendations to everyone at CBI Richmond Hill.

Very recommended. Had a motorcycle accident on the highway. Injured my back, ribs, concussion and road rash all over. The service started with Sahel at the front desk. She took my details over the phone then book me immediately an appointment. She also helped me fill up all the insurance forms and talked to them so I can focus on recovery. Then worked with Lijy who spent enough time just to customize a recovery plan and was adjusting it as my situation changes. Also got the chance to work with Zoey who helped me continue my program when Lijy was not feeling well. As if they are 1 person. Lastly but not the least, I would work with Kevin after every session to help me learn some home exercises and stretches to sleep up the recovery. Spent with the team 3.5 months and now am almost 100% recovered. Thank you team 🤩

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this clinic! Sarah, the admin, was an absolute gem. She was so patient and accommodating when I needed to reschedule appointments, always greeting me with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. Her politeness and professionalism made every visit a breeze. As for my physiotherapist, Zoey, she was fantastic! She helped me tremendously with my frozen shoulder. Zoey took the time to explain everything in detail while performing the physiotherapy, showing her deep knowledge and genuine care for my recovery. Her patience and encouragement made me feel supported every step of the way, and thanks to her expertise, my condition has improved significantly. I appreciate that she took the time to answer all my questions! I highly recommend this team to anyone needing physio care!
