I called to get representation for a data breach against an old company I worked for. The one person hung up on me instead of putting lemon hold.like she said. Then I called back and got transferred to a case consultant. The case case consultant hung on me half way through my explanation of why I was calling for which specific type of representation. Your customer service reps are horrible when It comes to handling calls and they need to get it together like NOW !!!!! Now I have to find a law firm that will represent my case. Thanks.

I was bitten by a police dog and the first attorney messed up the paperwork which sent me to an appeals process. The second attorney I believe I was able to take it to the appeals process without me. I’m I’m really disappointed in the professionalism of a lot of law firms around and but not this one Morgan And Morgan is probably the number one. It is the number one law firm to go to when you need help. They are out to take care of the little guy. They don’t let the law firm step on you and they don’t let judges run all over you and they don’t let attorneys rip you off if that takes place they go after them. They don’t even mess around. They don’t get off on that hurting the little guy thing You know taking advantage of people that don’t know any better. That’s what was going on with me indifferences, I was smart enough to figure it out and I found a good attorney. Morgan And Morgan is the best there is.
Christine ParraMorgan and Morgan are not who they say they are My experience was one of feeling like they really did not care Plus they waited almost a year too let me know they would not represent me .I had a slip and fall in Aldi were there was a bread basket on the floor and I did not see it and I slipped on it Also I had just had rotator cuff surgery 4 weeks prior Long story short Morgan and Morgan said it was my fault .Are you kidding me like I wanted too slip and fall and hurt my surgery
Crystal RuizIf there where zero stars I would ..definitely won't recommend them i get they are busy people but took 2years to close such a small case they switched my attorney multiple times never get a call to follow up unless I complain I'm just very disappointed in this big name being a huge disappointment really need to hold your employees to the standards
