We stayed in one of their recently updated rooms. It was nice and clean. The whole place is going through refurbishments and we didn't hear any noise and it didn't effect our stay at all. The main kitchen chef really takes pride in his work and it shows. It is a typical hotel breakfast but they kept the area clean, made sure food was hot and fresh. The check-in lady was so nice and extremely helpful when we arrived. So impressed with this location. You can definitely tell they are making big changes and it shows. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Stayed at La Quinta in Springfield exhibiting at Equine Affaire at the Big E. Super location, room had everything we needed. I had many items for the event sent directly to the hotel. Nyah (on the front desk) had everything ready for me when I arrived. She was very helpful throughout our stay. When it was time to go, Robert brought scales to the lobby so we could weigh our luggage to make sure we were under the limit. Flying in to trade shows isn't easy but Nyah and Robert did a great job making our stay very enjoyable.

This is the friendlies staff I have ever come across at a hotel. We were welcomed as we walked in the door. The front desk staff was quick and accomodating. The bartender was simply a delight and her drinks were fantastic. The housekeeping staff was attentive and thorough. If my travels ever bring me back to Springfield we will definitely be staying here again.

Rooms are a little worse for the wear, but the staff was very nice and welcoming, especially the bartender :) Breakfast was good with MYO waffles, cereal, bacon, eggs, bagels, coffee, juice, etc. Nice lobby and seating area. Hotel was busy because it was parents weekend at the 5 colleges. Pool was large and clean and the gym was well outfitted and also clean. PS please upgrade the toilet paper. It is absolutely too thin.
