Worst business I’ve ever encountered. I First started using them in 2024 a simple break replacement, but ultimately ended up getting a caliper and rotor change. Well, this was helpful in a long line. I felt that it was overpriced, but due to the work done, I continue using them over the years. Since they have expanded Service has gone down the drain as well as communication. Last year I reached out for a brake inspection because I suspected a leak, at the time of the appointment I was told “oh we can just refill the reservoir with break fluid and it should be fine” two weeks later my reserve was empty and instead changing a hose, he replaced a caliper and rotor saying the caliper was faulty… I recently found out the new caliper is now faulty after going to a shop and getting a hose replaced. Since the caliper to is still under warranty, I reached out to get it replaced and I was scheduled to have it replaced on Saturday at 2 PM. An hour before or scheduled time the technician let me know that he was coming from a job in Jackson and he was only 40 minutes away. I waited outside my house from 1:30-2:30 and no one showed up. I was then told by the owner that the technician said that he came by and nobody was home, I explained to him that I had been sitting outside, waiting for him and no one showed, ultimately we rescheduled for Sunday at 3 PM (today) in which again I have been waiting with no update and no communication whatsoever. The owner or whoever keeps saying he will reach out to the technician but I have to continue being the one to initiate communication without any updates. This is extremely unprofessional and I will not be working with them moving forward. I recommend that others be aware and take note at the at the first red flag.

I needed new front brakes and came across GotBrakes. I decided to use them because with my hectic work schedule it was easier for someone to come to my location. I'm happy I did. Josh was great! He is very good with communication and changed my front brakes in about 30 minutes. I recommend them for your future brake needs.

Hell In A Handbasket

Was doing a cross Murica road trip when my front brakes blew out at 5000 miles in. I shoulda done them before the trip but... anyways.. these guys had me up and Rollin again in 2 1/2 hours and I called at 5:15 pm on a Friday. Price was equivalent to a 7 star job, but that's what I got. Very impressed with the service. High quality parts as well. Photos are before (slotted) and after

We can't thank you enough for helping over the phone today. We have a Mercedes Unimog. The brake lines were crushed by the import shipper. Saturday afternoon, 3,000 miles from home. My husband called you and you guided him through where he could go for the parts and YES, you saved our day. We are back on the road heading for Seattle with new brake lines, thanks to you.
