Customer service has been great ! They helped me swap out some parts in my order, but I will say it’s been 16 days and my order is still in processing status. (11 business days total) I’ll probably write another review when my stuff arrives I just thought it would arrive a lot quicker since I also ordered some other stuff from small gun shops and the items arrived on the 3rd business day. not a huge issue but I ordered from this shop since I saw that their products would ship out in 2-6 business days, I do understand fulfillment and getting orders ready is a pain but I would’ve just ordered from a different store if I know it would take long since I got the parts for a gift thank you for reading

I bought two Tiger Rock free floating handrails. The image shows the C-Cut is in a different orientation from the actual product that was shipped to me. The barrel nut also had a fair amount of rust on it. I emailed back for help in getting shipped the actual product I ordered. No response. I have called over four times, no one is answering. I emailed using the sales email. No response. I marked as a one because I have received no response back. I have tried for the past two weeks. Very bad company. Do not buy from them.
