During our conversation, I could tell immediately that Phil “had been there and done it” …that is, that he has extensive experience with executive compensation issues including equity (RSU’s/Stock) and non-disclosure and non-compete agreement terms. The result of the negotiation was a huge success and the outcome even better than I originally envisioned. I would highly recommend Phil. The highest rating on Google is a 5, but if I could, I’d give him a 6!
