Office staff have been very friendly However they scheduled me for water delivery yesterday and never came I was told yesterday when I called wondering that delivery would be first thing today and nobody had come yet at 12 noon I understand that people are busy but perhaps do not schedule someone if you do not have the room I called another water company and they were here in an hour Thank you Shawn from Trenton water service !

I would recommend this business highly based on my experience. I called on a Thursday, the woman who answered was friendly, knowledgeable and gave me great advice about putting some water in the bottom of our pool and smoothing out the creases before hand. I gave my preference date, which was the Monday after and that was shortly confirmed through text. I did not give or ask for a preferred time, as I work from home but maybe they give an estimate on that. I was quoted a price and that's what I paid. The guys showed up at about 10:30am on the Monday and they were fantastic!!! They also let me know the water would be ok without chemicals for a while which was amazing because I was worried abiut shocking the pool as my kids are sensitive to chemicals. Amazing service, very friendly, very accommodating and very easy to deal with!
