I cannot say enough about the help and services we received from Teresa Herold with Good Trip Travel Co. in Ankeny on our recent trip to the UK. Teresa made sure we had everything we needed in advance to ensure a smooth trip, even with a short notice on our part. Not only did she help up front with our planning, she helped once we were overseas (anytime during the day or evening) when we came across a snag with a tour. She assisted in officially cancelling that tour and lining up an equal replacement tour, something I was having difficulties getting resolved. We also appreciated a chance to sit down with both Teresa and Victoria (owner of Good Trip Travel) up front; as novice travelers, they answered all of our questions and relieved our concerns. Alyssa S. at Good Trip Travel Co. planned from A to Z our recent trip to northwest Montana. Airline tickets, car rental, hotels, local tours, and everything in between was booked for us. Plus she provided local restaurants and sites to see. We had a fantastic 8-day trip beginning in Glacier National Park and ending in Great Falls. Our trip went without a hitch. Thank you, Alyssa!
