Where do I begin? I am so impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail and the skill of the entire Good Guys Tree Service operation. I had requested estimates from the top 3 rated tree services and Evan, by far, took the most care, gathered photos, checked a few things with the home office to ensure we weren’t taking too much of the canopy of our largest and only front yard Live Oak and prepared a detailed written estimate of the project. Included with the estimate was their insurance certificate. In fact, theirs was the only estimate that was professionally prepared and the only company that provided their insurance info. Their estimate was not the lowest, but we have a sizable investment in our yard, including pool equipment under our largest backyard Live Oak, so we went with Good Guys to protect our investment. Their crew did not disappoint! Evan arrived with the crew to ensure all the details were clearly communicated. The crew did an amazing job, cleaned up our property with great care and their crew leader, Alex , walked the property with me to ensure everything was as I expected. They used clean tools, sealed the cuts on our Live Oaks, and did a terrific job raising the canopies, providing roof clearance and removing dead wood from prior freeze damage all while protecting my roof, pool, pool equipment and pergola from any damage. They left my yard even tidier than they found it, which I very much appreciate. If I could give more stars, I would. We will choose Good Guys for all our future arbor work. You should too.

Jose was very knowledgeable about the best solutions for thinning and bringing up the canopy for both my Oak trees and my Pecan tree. Took care to make sure all my questions were answered and I was completely satisfied with the work. The Crew did a great job and were very fast. They made sure everything was cleaned up and on to the next job! My grass is already getting more sun! 🙌👍

We are very pleased with the work on our trees by Good Guys tree service and we worked with Sean Hager regarding our needs. Sean was very helpful in explaining our options and how we might help trees still recovering from the freezes a couple years ago. I knew of their wonderful work along the LCRA property on Lake Austin Blvd. And this made the choice selecting them for the job very easy. The work was completed quickly and clean up was a breeze. We are very happy with the results. I’m sharing pictures of my trees and in 60-90 days will update my review to show the progress on trees when they leaf out. I highly recommend the team and am very thankful for their work.
