It was also important to have someone that could provide full service from packaging material like styrofoam to dry ice. cool cargo provided this. As agreed upon they picked up the goods and packed it accordingly and it was delivered to us shortly thereafter. All this was done with great service and communication to an affordable price. 10 out of 10.

Phone call to say would sort out the invoice later which meant taking 3 weeks to send it and then take full payment. Will not use them again

Can't get through on the phone and nobody available to help or provide any sort of decent service. Avoid at all costs. They are a middle-man anyway which I have found out, just booking the collections with a 3rd party, so go direct and save all the hassle and a load of money.
