Nice hotel with spacious rooms and great service. We ordered room service and the food was fantastic. The only downside was that the rooms were along outdoor corridors, and there was a noticeable smell. It was fine for a one-night stay, but if I had to stay longer, I might have found it uncomfortable. For a short stay, though, I can’t complain.

Would give 0 stars. The place was ringing wet, water, mould, mildew and fungus down the walls. No buffet available (we paid for this in advance) and most of the a la carte menu was unavailable. The corridor to the room smelt very damp, the room stank of damp and mould. The shower was only luke warm. The staff were very good and doing their best but I can’t believe Radisson have put their name to this dump and very upset that Lumle Holidays booked us here. Shame on all involved.

Our team has stayed at Park Inn on multiple occasions, and each experience has been consistently comfortable. The staff is courteous and helpful, and we would like to extend special appreciation to the manager, Mr. Manish, for his professionalism and support. It has been a pleasure doing business with him.
