Do NOT use Brian with Golden North. He did a walkthrough and told me a LOT of things that sounded really great. A month later when we were finalizing everything, it turned out that 95% of stuff he told me wasn’t possible or wasn’t true and I was backed into a corner to use this company, which I only used because of the things he had told me. By the time we found out, it was way too late to get another company locked in. Very disappointed that their “sales rep” actually doesn’t know the rules and regulations of his own company. Very frustrating and we ended up paying a LOT more because of his lack of knowledge. Highly recommended using Alaska Preferred Shipping or any other carrier before considering Golden North!

In the supply chain/logistics industry in today's marketplace, that is a rare find and adds to the overall quality of my move. The packing was professionally done. I've had terrible movers before and I can say that my things were packed with care. In fact, I have zero broken glass because of the care that was taken. The 3 person crew did a great job packing and loading. My delivery agent was late on the day of move-in. Mira worked with the delivery agent to get an updated timeline and get things moving in the right direction. Within 30 minutes I had a phone call and a new estimated delivery time that the crew met.
