Tatyana created a very special atmosphere in her studio – I feel welcomed whenever I come and no matter how many classes I skipped... I am not very strong or flexible, but I never feel judged or self-conscious in her class. Tatyana is a very warm person, she cares deeply about her students. Her relationship with us is not limited to just yoga sessions. She organizes pot luck lunches where everybody brings homemade healthy food to share, people come to her workshops and guided meditation sessions. Every year she takes a group of her students to Kripalu Yoga Center to experience one of their programs. Last year I joined this group for the first time – it was a very exciting trip. I feel myself part of the community of people who love yoga, and I appreciate it very much.

I’ve practiced yoga with few yoga teachers but Tatyana is by far most dedicated, spiritual and serious practitioner. This studio provides a wonderful yogic workout experience that will challenge you physically and spiritually. At the same time the environment is very friendly, warm and inviting. Tatyana has a true gift for helping others to reach their potential. I have noticed an amazing difference in my stretching since joining. She is so kind and compassionate, taking each individual's restrictions into consideration.
