Stitch Coterie has truly impressed me with their detail-oriented approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality. I first brought them on board to move an electrical outlet, but as I searched for contractors for larger projects, I found out they do so much more! In just a few weeks, they’ve installed a kitchen faucet, removed a bathtub, put in three radiators, patched a ceiling hole so perfectly it’s hard to believe there was ever an issue, and tiled a 48 sq ft wall. The tile installation was a bit tricky, but they went above and beyond, even working late on a Saturday night to get it just right. It’s not every day you find contractors who are willing to put in that kind of effort! Nick really takes pride in his work. The installation of the three unique radiators was another challenge, but they handled it beautifully after some trial and error, even patching the wall and adding new trim afterwards. I also appreciate Nick's guidance—he suggested leveling the bathroom floor and was a fantastic sounding board for design decisions like tile layout, edge trim, and grout color. They’re not just contractors; they’re true partners who treat every project as if it were their own. I can’t recommend them highly enough and can’t wait to work with them on future projects!

I am beyond pleased by the impeccable level of professionalism Nick and his crew demonstrated with my project. I had the need to properly set my toilet and re-tile the bathroom floor. It seemed a straightforward job and should have been done in a couple of days. The surprise came when Nick and his detailed-oriented team removed the toilet and discovered the toilet drain pipe was cracked and needed a replacement. We now had a project! I live in a COOP building with pretty stringent rules and Nick was able to handle the needed paperwork and approvals in the most stress-free manner I have ever seen. From that point forward, Nick and his crew managed every task in the most skillful way possible. I cannot say enough good things about Stitch Coterie. Just fantastic. Nick and Howard really had their job cut out for them when it came to sorting out my PTAC situation, heating situation and wall situation. They were endlessly professional, kind, efficient with time, communicative and really listened to any concerns I had. They easily adapted to random changes like sudden landmark requirements that my building imposed. It was obvious they took a lot pride in the work - perfectionists. I'm 100% sure they worked straight though lunch. The pricing is reasonable and transparent and everything is clearly explained. I appreciated the extreme attention to detail and commitment to executing the work in such a short time frame. Everything was set up with great care and I felt my space and property were genuinely respected. The area was vacuumed and dusted at the end of the day.
