I have had many pedis at this salon and have recommended them to friends and family that are now customers but my last visit was dissapointing. It is unfortunate and I don't enjoy leaving this review as I know the employees are hardworking and generally value customer service. However, I booked a brazilian wax and pedi for my upcoming trip and regretted it. I normally get waxes at another location but since they no longer are open on weekends I decided to give it a shot here. It was the most painful waxing experience I ever had. I've never had bruising but this time I was left with bruises and had to ice for hours after to manage the pain. I understand that shaving/not getting regular waxing makes a difference but again I never had this experience during previous Brazilians. I hesitated to leave this review but after reflection decided to mostly as a warning for others who are considering waxing here. Lastly, during my previous pedis I never had them try to upsell charms, extensions, or shellac as much as my last visit which was an added frustration after the waxing experience. My toes were smudged after my pants were let down (I should have also thought of this so I don't fault my tech) but the fix was hasty and I honestly just wanted to leave so I said thank you and left. Overall super dissapointing especially after the year+ of visits I've had in the past.

I love coming here, I’ve been trying to find a proper nail studio for years. I’ve bounced around from several and could never find any place that I really connected with. The staff here are SO incredibly sweet, welcoming and kind! They always make sure I’m comfortable and getting the best service possible. They always do such an amazing job. I love the environment it’s so beautiful. I will be permanently coming here from now on! :)
