So glad we found Coach Doug - he has been an amazing coach for our 9 year old - in a few short weeks hes been able to boost her confidence and push her to do her best - we've even had others mention they see a difference! She is able to work to become the best goalie she can be with him and we can't wait to see her confidence and skill continue to grow! At 7 months now, her confidence has improved so much I can't even believe it! She continues to grow and push herself to do her best - so glad we found Coach Doug!

I’ve known Doug for many years even before he opened goalie by Doug He was training my son as I’ve never trained with him at his facility, but I’m sure he has a fantastic Goaliecoach as he was before he opened it.

Wow!! I can't think of a better person to train my son!! Doug is such a great trainer that he adapts his training style to each child. When my son first started, 3 years ago, he knew he needed more praise and reassurance. But now Doug knows how much he can push him to achieve the highest level on drills and being able to be a solid goalie for good team. I for 1 hope that he never stops teaching these kids because there will be a huge hole in their training. You would be choosing the right person to train your kid(s) if you want them to achieve the highest level that they can!!

We have been thrilled with our daughter's training at Goalies by Doug. Doug is supportive, positive, knowledgeable and makes training both fun and competitive. Doug supported us with acquiring the most appropriate equipment for our goalie and supports her development both on and off the ice. Despite training one on one, Doug works to build relationships between his goalies and keeps them competitive with and supportive of one another. He challenges his goalies to continue to increase their skills with each lesson and does so in a positive and encouraging way. Our introverted and shy daughter is excited every time we go. We cannot believe the difference we are seeing in her skills on the ice. People consistently ask us if she is receiving additional training due to her rapid growth and development and we are sure to highlight the intensive training she is receiving with Doug. She has not only become better physically, but her confidence has increased substantially due to his guidance and encouragement. Highly recommend!
