Day five of sending in my insurance, to confirm I have full cover insurance a required, and asking to get a confirmation of receipt and confirmation that I will not be paying insurance through their insurance, no reply. The child that answers the phones at the front desk blatantly lied to me and said they never received my email, then that we were not listed as a lien holder, then she asked me that I send my information again and still no repsonse. I have a very bad feeling they will try to charge me for insurance regardless of the fact that I have my own. We shall see. I will update as this fiasco continues. Be cautious of this dealer. They are starting to act like sleezy car dealers.
