I don't usually write reviews, but these guys deserve praise. They're a great company, great people, I couldn't be happier! I was a bit nervous at first because this was my first wholesale deal. but Neil was very easy to work with, he was very communicative throughout the process which put me at ease. He was professional and cordial, and it was a breeze coordinating with my contractors and inspectors, etc. We were even able to move up the closing date without a glitch. At the end I got a great house at a very good price. I give my highest recommendation for this company!!

I had a great experience working with Go Indy Real Estate in buying a wholesaled rental property. They were very informative and upfront, and I had a smooth purchase. I’m not the type of buyer that wants or needs to buy a rental property sight unseen or without doing my homework. Neil (the owner) was very patient in allowing to do a level of due diligence I’m comfortable with. After closing, Neil even took the time to listen to a minor issue that came up – so not only do I trust him, but he shows a level of concern for buyers that is exceedingly unusual in the wholesale business. This is not a fly by night wholesale company that just wants to make a lot of money selling you a lemon house. This is the type of business you want to cultivate a long term relationship with and I plan on many future deals.
