We shipped our vehicle from the US to Germany. Unfortunately, when our car arrived, the team was not able to start it. This team went above and beyond to help us remedy the situation. They called ADAC, offered to call a mechanic, stayed well after closing just to make sure we were taken care of. ADAC was able to repair, the team called customs to help clear the vehicle and we were on our way. We cannot thank them enough for helping to make a very stressful situation a lot better.
