Scheduled a pickup for 745 to goto the airport. At 745, no one showed up and the site showed "looking for driver". Called at 750 and was told they are in route 8 to 10 minutes. At 810, I checked again and the driver was 22 minutes away. Ended up canceling and going with Uber. If they ever showed up, it would of been almost an hour later from the original pickup time. At least let me know you don't have availability, so I can find someone else. This is extremely unacceptable, especially for those on strict schedules.

Extremely disappointed. If 0 stars was an option that would definitely be my review. I was parking in MY neighborhood and this guy decided to start honking at me and proceeded to flick me off and almost hit my car as he started to drive off. I find that extremely rude and disrespectful.

On a very busy Halloween night, I had an urgent need to get to them store for my medication. Global Cab camera through for me in a timely fashion with good customer service and careful attention to my needs. I highly reccomend!

Never really had an issue with this company (it was my go-to for taxi service to DCA from Stafford for work trips) until recently. I booked a trip two days in advance. Typically the drivers are there plus or minus 10 mins. This time, after 10 minutes, I called and was told the driver was 20 minutes out. Thats 30 mins later than I requested. I checked the app and the driver was definitely out further than 20 mins. I canceled the trip and booked an Uber, which was there in 3 minutes. Had I kept with Global on that day, I really would have been rushing it. I might try them again in the future, but this experience kind of ruined a good thing for me.
