Shelly, the owner, is amazing and cares for each one of these pups. I came to Shelly because my dog hates the groomer and has a lot of anxiety going on. Shelly started doing anxiety classes with him, and he loves it! Each week, he becomes less nervous and lets her comfortably complete more tasks. When Fin first started going, he refused to be blow-dried. Now that Shelly has slowly made him more confident, he has worked up to letting her almost fully dry him. She is so patient and works with him at his own pace, that's why we love PPP and their anxiety classes!

I have been taking my mini Aussie to Shelley for about 4-5 years. Shelley always takes great care of Bella and has her looking amazing when I pick her up. If your pup needs a fresh cut, you need to see Shelley @ Pretty Puppy Parlor!

PPP grooms dogs of ALL sizes! We've used Shelley for our Westies, but she also takes care of our big boy lab mix. Our lab is a senior boy who has some health issues including arthritis and a knee replacement. I've noticed that since I started taking him to Shelley, he doesn't limp when he gets home from grooming like he did when I took him elsewhere. When we visit, Shelley begins by asking about his health so that she can get an idea as to how to handle him during his appointment. I feel comfortable and confident leaving my furry family members with her. After we dropped my lab off at his last appointment, my husband turned to me and said, "THAT'S why we go to her!" I was confused and asked what he meant. He said, "Shelley not only listened to you, but she very obviously HEARD what you were saying. It's obvious she cares about the boys and their wellbeing." I 1000% agree with him.

When my beloved Westie was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, I knew I had to find a groomer who not only understood his needs but who would take time with him and go at his pace. Shelley and PPP were exactly what I needed. Shelley was so gentle with him. He didn't come home stressed out or overstimulated like he had with other places. As his disease progressed (a cancer diagnosis was added later), Shelley really worked with me to give him the attention that he needed while he was there. I was always so pleased with his groom. He seemed content. I couldn't have asked for more! When the time came for my baby to cross the Rainbow Bridge, Shelley was there for me. She collected his fur and nail trimmings at his last grooming appointment. She did a few other very kind, meaningful things for my family. She took such good care of my boy. I will be forever grateful to her for that! I've adopted another Westie... and Shelley is the one who keeps him looking clean and dapper! I just can't imagine someone else taking care of my babies!
