Horrendously frustrating customer service experience. Phone number leads to FedEx phone jail. Super inefficient robotic system, couldn’t get the information needed, the bot’s oral comprehension was terrible, had to constantly repeat myself, information given is dribbled bit by bit with almost no ability to navigate backwards or forwards, seemingly no way to actually reach a human being to get the most basic info re rates and options.
