I arrived with the load 24 hrs early. Reciever told me I could only check 12 hrs before schedule but he checked me in anyway and told me to wait for a phone call at my scheduled time which was 5:30 pm which Is also the time night shift comes in and starts unloading dry van. The parking in the lot is extremely tight. I parked on side of the road before the entrance until there was a good spot open. Restroom is available in the back of the check in building as well as vending. I looked out for food truck in the morning but did not see any. It's 4:30 pm now I have an hr to go before my scheduled appointment.. I will return and update with unloading times once unloaded.

This is busy aria they have parking spot outside company alll full all the time make sure you arrive before 6:00 pm if u need parking after 6 all gone St parking have many drivers parking on st waiting for appointment unloading in including 2 hours or fast have restroom in side company nice employees

I was here today for delivery a meat transfer load from HEB San Antonio to HEB Houston. For this load they use door numbers 334, 335 and 336 to take this delivery. The main problem is that there is very limited space for backing and this problem is worsened due to big stones that block the way.

First time. Appointment was at 9am. Checked in at 545am. Got a door at 7am. Checked out at 10am 1. Park outside and walk to check in at the guard shack. Bring your own Pen 🖊️ 2. They will send you a Text message with the door. Pull up to the guard shack and check in. 3. Open your doors and back up to the assigned door and turn your paperwork to the nearest office. Mine was by door 824 4. Wait for the green light and til the send you another text me to go pick up your paperwork. 5. Exit the premises and check with the guard shack. Leave doors open. They will check your trailer upon exiting.
