Customer experiences
Extremely disappointed with my experience at Get Off My Nerves Chiropractic in Baton Rouge. The customer service was unprofessional from start to finish, staff seemed uninterested in actually helping or answering questions. Communication was terrible, and I often felt left in the dark about scheduling, treatment details, and next steps. I've called to reschedule twice and both times they didn't answer the phone. To make matters worse, their cancellation policy is vague and poorly explained, yet they’re quick to enforce it when it benefits them. As a veteran, I find it especially disheartening to be treated this way. It’s a shame this is how they choose to treat those who have served our country. Between the lack of respect for patients’ time and the unhelpful attitudes, I can’t recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality chiropractic care.
Dr. Archer is heaven sent!!! Went in 35 weeks pregnant with a breech baby after 2 visits baby was flipped and my body felt so much better!! 1000% recommend!!

Scam place. I called in to inquire about an appointment price for a new customer. I was told it's over $900 but if I signed up for their "yearly subscription discount program" it'd be only about $285 or so for my first appointment and then $50 for each appointment after. I hung up in their face. A subscription? To a health care service? First time in my 30 years of life I've ever heard of such a thing. I'll subscribe to a YouTube Premium, MAYBE even a Facebook premium service, something I'd use daily. But a HEALTHCARE service? No way in hell. People are getting too comfortable with this whole subscription crap, and I ain't buying it. After calling around, that $280 they quoted with their "subscription" seems to be about the average around here. So them telling me it's $900+ without the subscription they wanted to sign me up for was an outright scam. I have a feeling in my gut that this place don't even have a subscription service and that the 2 ladies working the front desk were just gonna try to get another $40 out of me and pocket it between them. Smells very fishy. Needless to say I won't be coming here, nor will I recommend them to anyone just based off this phone conversation alone. Went elsewhere and got my neck fixed without a "subscription".
