In 2021 we bought a property in Regina, and we appointed Barton Soroka to be our representative. Barton and his team made many mistakes in our paperwork that required the paperwork to be redone, and they did not respond to our emails in a timely manner, which caused us to work past the completion date. They delayed the process by making mistakes, and further delayed it by not responding in a timely manner. They worked past the completion date to activate the penalty fee and took an extra $661. They are absolutely unprofessional.
