I had a great experience at Germantown Dental Service! The front desk team, Talia and Zahra, were so welcoming and efficient — they made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr. Sandhu was excellent, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Big kudos as well to the dental hygienists for being so kind, professional, and thorough. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Dr Sandhu is amazing she’s patient and gentle with clients. She will communicate with you effectively to ensure youre understanding options that best fits your needs. I’m a new patient and have been traveling from PGC because Germantown Dental Service was recommended to me. I’m highly pleased with the dental work from Dr. Sandhu. However, my only issue is the front desk staff/ manager Samantha and the other young lady who sits next to her. The two were never welcoming and they gave me an uncomfortable feeling each time I’ve arrived to my appointments. When I’ve discussed with them on the phone about appointments etc.their tone and attitude towards me seemed unpleasant aswell. Overall I’ve received great services and work from Dr. Sandhu!

The male hygienist was unfriendly and rushed the cleaning, telling me it was all done in just less than 10 minutes. I have never experienced such unprofessional conduct. I have been a patient here for about two years and had always had good experiences, but because of this incident, I have decided to switch dental providers.

Very professional, courteous, and friendly. You don't feel pressured as they make you feel more at ease. Both my husband and I come to this place every 6 months. Would highly recommend.
