I'm currently in the process of renewing my mortgage and have been working with Geri and her team on this process. The experience so far has been AMAZING! She really works to understand your needs and priorities. She provides several options/solutions, and then walks you through the pros & cons to help you decide the option that works best for you. Compiling requirements and documents requires a lot of work when you're securing financing but she has a system in place that is super straightforward and makes the entire process much easier.
