Georgetown movers were exceptional! Our team arrived right on time (even a little early) and began packing up our belongings. Within 5 hours were were completely moved in to our new home (this includes wrapping and unwrapping all tvs and glass table, moving and rearranging furniture and going above and beyond to get our box spring to the third floor when it looked like it wouldn’t fit.) the team was nice and hardworking. They were so kind and helpful. I will go back to Georgetown movers for all future move needs!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They sent inexperienced movers to move my belongings. One of the guys it was their first day on the job. This resulted in my desk with the glass center shattered to pieces, they put a gouge in my hardwood floor because items weren’t wrapped appropriately. Wait, that’s not it….. bent the back wheel on my bike, lost my comforter and sheets and scratched my freezer. Left my husbands weight bench pieces unattached and broke a piece off of my guest bed post. I had to call the company twice to complain about one worker on the job but not working. He was swiveling in my office chair and on periodically on the phone. The company sent 2 additional workers but for any 3 hours to complete the job. The sales manager, Ashley was supposed to credit me for the hours the non-worker was there which totaled 6 hours and they were supposed to only charge me $30 per hour for 1 additional worker. I haven’t received the credit yet. She’s been ducking my husbands phone calls and not calling back promptly. We have had to call her to reach her. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HER AND SHE HAD NO INTEREST ON MAKING THIS RIGHT. It’s a shame because we’ve used this company before and they were amazing. I thought I had found a reliable company but this last experience was horrific.

I had an excellent experience with Georgetown Moving and Storage Co. Their customer service was very accommodating and attentive, addressing all my concerns with great care. The movers were not only punctual and efficient but also incredibly courteous and professional. They took exceptional care with my belongings, handling everything with precision and respect. Their efficiency ensured that the move was completed well within the expected timeframe, and they even went above and beyond to make sure everything was in perfect condition. The entire process was seamless, and I’m very appreciative of their outstanding service. Georgetown moved me from PA to SC and I would highly recommend their services. The team was friendly, hardworking and enjoyable to be around - they even mounted our TV. They went above and beyond to make our move seamless and easy. Also they delivered our stuff in just 3 days - some companies gave me a range of 2-20 days. You can’t beat their services and they were very reasonably priced.
