As a homeowner of 5 years this is by far the worst company I have worked with. At the start Frank was very attentive and friendly. The work they did fell apart after less then a year. After over texts and back and forth for over a month they agreed to redo it. They did an even worse job the next time. The work was done fast and sloppy. I contacted them again. Frank was rude and made every excuse not to fix the work they did. It was either too hot or his workers had covid. It was always some unrealistic excuse not to fix the work he had did. They stopped responding to my texts and calls. I am starting a BBB complaint with this company. I would not recommend the company and would avoid them.

I was very impressed with the speed in which they responded to my call. After calling quite a few companies and only getting voice mails, Frank actually answered and came out the same day. Awesome service and very reasonable prices. Had my new roof in a week. We also hired them to redo our front cement stairs. So happy to find a company that handles both services. Very honest company and very reliable. Was refreshing to deal with a company that didn't try to upsell or jack up the quoted price.

I think at this point, I have given this company ample time to refund my money for a job that was canceled. I was given a quote for laying concrete in my backyard. At date and time was set any my deposit was given to this company. On the day that the work was to be started, no one showed up. We called and was told they were sick and couldn't come. We set a new date, then another. Ultimately I just asked for my deposit back. Excuse after excuse, and the deposit was never provided, despite them telling me "next week" over 10 times( I have text documentation to prove this). I tried to get my money back for over a year (1,500). Please beware of this company.
