Even though I put in writing my notice to cancel my membership, the owner forced me to pay an additional 3 moths.. long after the required initiation period. Unclear communication and pointing the finger at me for not coming in to officially sign a document was how it went down. So I have to pay for 3 months at a gym I no longer use. I also had to pay an extra $5 a month because I declined to give them multiple methods of payment. I’ve had gym memberships my whole life and have never dealt with such rules. This is crazy. Cheerful personalities, yes. Kindness towards customers, no.

I have been going to HOTWORX for over a year now and love it! I wanted a change from strictly strength training while also having the option to lift to keep muscle. Hotworx offers a crazy cross-training method I have never seen from a gym. Being able to choose from isometric workouts, HIIT, or strength all in one place is exactly what I needed! The studio is very clean and organized and has great staff welcoming you at the door. An added bonus is the 24hr access. Being a student and working it is hard to find time to workout but with hotworx I am able to go at anytime!
