I’ve been coming to Gentle Dental for years, seen many changes in staff and after the Coburg Rd office could not meet my needs, I went to the Valley River Center location. I’ve had an aversion to going to the dentist since childhood so yesterday I was anxious. I was greeted by a man named Daniel. He was kind, understanding and empathic. His skills cleaning my teeth and X-rays were paramount. The exam by Dr Vu was through with recommendations for crown work to be done, in a timely manner. My husband and recently considered looking for a new dentist but after yesterdays care, Gentle Dentle VRC is our home. Thank You Sue

I have been going to Dr. Vu for about 10 years. He's nice, and he's to-the-point. The assistants are friendly and informative, especially Albert, to whom you can really talk. Of course, he does most of the talking when his fingers are in your mouth. It's a comfortable place if you're not freaked out about the eerie quiet of the office. Sometimes not another patient or assistant walks by for long periods of time.

This was my first time at this other facility of Gentle Dental. Megan was the technician that did my teeth cleaning, and Megan was amazing! She is so friendly..we laughed. She was kind and very gentle. As with not much interaction with the other staff at my visit except the cordial hello and how are you. As I pass through that everyone was very polite and very kind/friendly! The facility is very lovely. The location is great, I really had a great experience!
