My wife was referred to this business by our previous dentist, who retired. She got her teeth cleaned and had a consult to get an inplant. She paid what she was told was her portion of the bill, after our insurance paid their portion. She asked before leaving the office, after getting work done, if she owed anything else, and was told that her account was paid in full. Months later, we began receiving bills, stating that we owed an additional $830, threatening to send us to collections. We made repeated calls, sent letters, and e-mails asking for someone to audit the account and explain why we still owed money. This has been going on for over two years. We finally got a call back two months ago, stating that indeed we owed the money, that somehow there were two different accounts, and that they had made a mistake when they said that we were paid in full. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, and incompetent.

Dr. Young has been our family dentist for the last 15 years and has met all of our needs. Personally, my treatments have been on time and we ere always kept comfortable during ANY procedure. Lisa, Jenny and the hygiene staff are absolutely amazing. They keep us scheduled for twice yearly cleanings and are insurance-knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend this amazing office!

When I initially came in to this office, I paid $99 for a dental exam. The exam was performed for the purpose of creating a comprehensive plan for me. A plan in which I knew what my dental needs were and how much I would be paying for their services upfront. When I scheduled my second appointment for one of my wisdom teeth removals, I was ensured that I would not be paying over a certain amount. However, the day of my appointment I was charged more money. Not to say the procedure was extremely painful and I sincerely felt like Mr. Young did not care. The staff is friendly but I would not recommend this place .

I have been a patient of Dr. Young's for over 15 years. I love him and his staff and their work. They are always very friendly and thorough. I also had my wisdom teeth removed recently and was back to my regular schedule within a day, eating soft foods for just a week. Dr. Young was very quick about it and respected my decision to remain un-sedated, though it was an option. I highly recommend Dr. Young for kids, teens, adults, and seniors.
