I thought that the nurse was great I want to make that clear. First off, I am getting a tooth pulled after getting a referral for them to extract it because it has become severely painful. It took 7 months for that to happen. When I went in they did the same thing la clinica did in order to give me the referral in the first place and then proceeded to set me out another month for extraction. I haven’t been to a dentist in twenty years so I know I have a lot of work that’s going to need to be done. I’m on ohp and I didn’t realize most dentist ont accept it or they put you on a waiting list. That’s fine. I did feel rather inhumane though when the dentist himself asked me what I was going to do about my lower jaw when I had no clue as to what he was speaking about so I responded that I was seeking as much treatment as quickly as possible through whomever would accept my insurance. He just looked at me sarcastically and said, ok. Told me how long it took to pull a tooth out and then set up an appointment and left. The nurse was more helpful she had information on how I could become a patient but let me know I would have to be on a list for it because of my insurance. I know I’m not the only one who is in this pickle but I certainly don’t choose to be poor and I work five days a week just like you guys I just don’t have as good of a job and that’s ok, you earned yours and I respect you for that but please don’t make people feel like they are lesser than you or act as if they are stupid because that sucks, I am trying my best man and managing my health while working and being a single parent is literally impossible right now. Please give leeway give grace because if the tables were turned I would offer you the same. Thank you.

I called to schedule a cleaning and was very clear. When I arrived 3months later I was in the chair for all of 10 minutes then the dentist is like you are all good. Good for what I came for a cleaning. Well no we can get you in 8 months from now today was just an exam. The dentist didn’t have answers for my questions when I asked and I decided to go across the street for aspen they got me in in 3 weeks

I love my dentist! He's very kind, knowledgeable, and he listens well. He has a very gentle touch and the two extractions he has done for me have gone wonderfully. The staff at the front desk are also a pleasure to work with. This place is crowded though, and it could take up to a year to get a cleaning appointment. Worth the wait.

I was treated in a very professional yet friendly manner. The treatment was explained and all questions answered. I was given tips on how to improve my oral health. The dentist took time to see what my concerns were and to address them. The hygienist did a great job. And I felt I got the best dental care possible.
