I had a very bad experience in Salem with Gental Dental. It took me a year to get my dentures right with many many appointments. The Gental Dental here in Bend is a whole other story. I give Bend a 50******. These women are so kind and skilled. I received my dentures for my bottom teeth in less than a month. They are beautiful and my top teeth I already had, fit so much better. Everyone told me that it’s better to have some of my own teeth on the bottom. That’s not necessarily true. My teeth all the sudden just fell out of my mouth and it’s more pain than I wanted to deal with so I had them all pulled. They are absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. It’s worth the drive to come to Bend Gental Dental because I haven’t had that great of care since I went to a children’s dentist many many many years ago. Thank you so much for making me feel better about myself and being extremely kind to your patients. I have new friends now. God bless you women. Thank you. As for the comment I read that’s below mine…..when you go to a new dentist they always take new X-rays especially if it’s been 4 years. They definitely don’t deserve a 1. They have all new woman there and they are kind. They do their job right.

Dr. McCarthy and Staff are Great! Starting at the front desk with Jessica. Polite , professional with a great and warm personality. Asheley ( dental assistant) did a great job talking my X-rays, guiding me in a very relaxed and friendly manner with a smile:) Dr. McCarthy took her time to explain my treatment and I really appreciate that. She was very kind and knowledgeable, made me feel at ease about my treatment. Very nice personality as well. Tamara ( dental hygienist) was another great team member, she was very gentle with my gums, and listened carefully to my concerns and did an amazing job deep cleaning my teeth. When I told her that I was sensitive to epinephrine, she changed to something else that would do the same effect, but would be safer to me. They are all so sweet , professional and with the sweetness personality that yo can get! Thank you Gentle Dental in Bend Oregon, for an amazing experience! You are all the Best in what you do! I highly recommend this business:)

My experience was very relaxing. They got me in and out there in a timely matter. All of the staff was very kind and professional. to. My medical drive that day ,who just happened to be checking out Ratings and reviews of dentist. I recommend Gental Dental. He smiled said Thank you! So thumbs up ! Not happy at all. They had this appointment scheduled for the last three months for my son to get his lower set of braces on and call me morning of the appointment 30 min before letting us know they wanted to cancel it. Are you kidding me??? Receptionist at this Bend office Is awful and rude every time any of us speak with her whether it be in person or on the phone. They also were aware for the last month almost my son broke a bracket and needed this fixed. I was assured that the next appointment that was a month out for this would not be cancelled and what do you know…. Calling me again the day of to cancel. This is totally unacceptable and horrible care for patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When I have asked why they keep canceling on me the rude receptionist tells me…. Well, we are short in staff and I can’t make anyone work here 😆 Very obvious why nobody wants to. It’s really unbelievable!!!!
