She was always so patient and understanding even with my difficult dog. My appointments were on time and never felt rushed, the staff was very responsive, and they have very flexible hours. Dr. Dina and her staff are amazing! Very nice, professional, caring and knowledgeable. They will go far and beyond to make sure your fur baby is well. I used to go to another vet clinic, until I saw the way Dr. Dina and her staff take care of my cat. Dr. Dina asks many questions to understand the situation and she is very thorough. I’ve been taking my dog here since we adopted her, and we also took my family dog here for compassionate euthanasia when it was too hard to get her to her usual vet. While it’s sad to have that memory of losing our family dog here, the experience was as positive as it could be. For routine care with my dog, the staff is very knowledgeable and provides lots of guidance and education. I feel confident with Dr. Dina and Dr. Thomas and recommend this place wholeheartedly.
