I went to Gem Supply yesterday to buy a pad for my floor scrubber and not sure what I was buying the sale rep at the store Miss Liz Perez walked me through the whole process and explained in detail what all the pads were for and their purpose. She also took the time to answer questions about cleaners and other products however the best part was the prices, they where very good prices on the Items i purchased. I felt very good after I left the store Miss Liz Perez gave me the RED CARPET treatment and that says a lot about this store. Thank you Miss Liz Perez I will defensively be returning.
