Very small lift for this big hospital,if patient bed comes no one can enter the lift have to wait for few mins. Billing problem in emergency ward, they don't say at once. For each thing they tell to pay.. In this Hospital 1st pay money then only they take blood for tests... For easy atleast they should get advance instead telling patient to visiting billing section each time for each tests(I went to billing section for 5times within 1 hr) Emergency ward is costly, heavy charges if you come in mid-worse conditions like us (we got charged 9500 alone) Medicines or IV set/Disposable items used in this Hospital is HIGH COST, for eg in other big hospital a IV set is 600 means here they used. ₹1050 rs one..Even medicines is also costlier. When I am in pharmacy I noticed another person prescription it has BRUTAL 14 medicincs for 1 person for 30 days.HEAVY BRUTAL prescription. Another TROUBLE Process is Getting Medicine for Inward patients, in other hospitals they itself get the medicine to Nursing station here the attender have to go to Pharmacy at ground floor, purchase it, wait for it and give it to Nursing station.. here waiting for lift and troubles is EXTRA... Few Ward Nurses here is not friendly, i have admitted my mother in 3 hospitals for 6 times, in other hospitals nurses shows happy faces and talk with positive vibes..Here they don't speak like that, also don't answer properly in 1st time have to ask the same thing second time then only they respond... Also if you're CASHLESS INSURANCE the Final discharge medicine don't come under Insurance, we have to purchase it via cash.. again troubling patients so that they need to apply reimbursement again. In other 2 hospitals they order final discharge medicines using insurance and close the Bill.. Inside the hospital the canteen is decent... Should improve the EMERGENCY WARD billing thing..

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Saini during the night shift. His behavior was unprofessional and rude, both towards the patients and the staff. It was clear that he lacked the knowledge expected of someone in his position, and in many cases, his understanding seemed less comprehensive than that of the nurses. His attitude made the situation worse, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere in the hospital. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and knowledgeable care.

Had my treatment with Dr. Kavitha Yogini mam, for fibriod and endometriosis. It was a peaceful journey with her and Dr. Vishnu priya and Dr. Sakthi and kalpana sister and all the other staffs. Everyone were kind and helpful and kavitha mam was very supportive all through the surgery and procedures. After a prolonged fibroid struggle coming here was a safe and relievable choice. Thank to GEM hospital

We had a very good experience at GEM Hospital. The doctors and staff were highly professional and attentive. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, and the medical care we received was top-notch. The doctors explained the condition and treatment plan clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence. I appreciate the prompt service and care provided. However, the waiting time was longer than expected.
