We got four different quotes, and while a few companies seemed good, we chose Florentino Family Roofing & Remodeling because they were quick to respond and scheduled a roof inspection right away. Geoffrey, who handled our inspection, was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in detail, even showing us photos and drone images of our roof. He let us know he'd be our main contact throughout the whole process and answered all our questions patiently. The team made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. We really liked that all their installers are part of their own crew, not subcontractors. Their credentials and warranties gave us extra peace of mind, and their price was very fair compared to others. The job started on schedule, and Geoffrey kept us updated every step of the way. The crew showed up promptly each morning, worked hard, and always cleaned up the site before leaving for the day. When we had a rain shower during the project, Geoffrey made sure to come by and check the site to be sure everything was secure and dry. Our new roof looks fantastic, and the attention to detail really shows in their work. Geoffrey explained all the important steps they took to ensure the roof was installed to last, especially important with the hot and sunny weather we get in CA. I am so grateful for Florentino Family Roofing & Remodeling! I first contacted them about getting new gutters, but during their inspection, Braden found that my roof was in much worse shape than I realized. At first, I was worried because I didn’t think I could afford a new roof. Braden really helped by guiding me through the insurance claim process and made it so much easier, even though dealing with insurance was tough. Nolan and his team arrived early in the morning and worked efficiently, finishing everything—including removing the old shingles and cleaning up—by the afternoon. This was my first major home repair since my husband passed, so I was a bit nervous, but they made the process so much easier. After some strong winds recently damaged my roof here in Chula Vista, I reached out for help. Nolan responded quickly and even came out right away to put a tarp over the damaged area, which kept out any possible rain. He took time to help me understand what was needed and guided me through conversations with my insurance company and the adjuster. If you need roofing work done, you won’t go wrong with this company.
