I had an excellent experience selling and buying with Courtney. On the buying side she was there with us on our new build purchase to advise and push along the builder when needed. Courtney is easily reachable when we had questions, extremely knowledgeable about the home buying/selling process and has an amazing network of home experts to work with. On the sale side Courtney helped us push the top of the market on the sale of our home. She provided lots of updates during the showing period of our home and helped us navigate multiple offers. She even prepared something to make sure our appraisal came in as anticipated. We again used one of Courtney’s contacts to stage the house and it was money well spent. I couldn’t be happier with how the purchase and sale went.
