They never have an update on a case. The lawyer is never "available" at the time. They don't call you back as promised. When I finally called 3 days after they were supposed to call me, the person answering the phone said she never asked the lawyer about my question! Wow. Not only have they taken a large sum of money, but they have no sense of urgency as your loved ones struggle through the system. But they were quick to tell us they needed the funds to move forward but then leave you hanging with no updates. I have an urgent matter as my friend has been detained for over 1 month and absolutely no progress on the case. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience what we are now.

They never call you to update you on your cases and when you do call to ask about your case they act clueless and never know anything. They give you an attitude and both assistants are always so rude. The lawyer is almost never in his office. They say they will call you back and never do. Waste of money pls save your money and try somewhere else! I met the lawyer when I went with my parents to his apt but he seemed honest and nice but maybe his assistants make him look bad or don’t know anymore.
